“We have recently sold and purchased a home, both which were facilitated by Nick and Maria Bibic. We wish to convey how

pleased we were with their service. Our intention for moving was to accommodate our growing family with a bigger home.

We solicited Nick and Maria’s advice about purchasing modesty priced homes. They promptly responded, and in this process,

they slowly began to educate us about what we really could afford. It did not take long for Nick and Maria to help us locate our

“Recently I purchased a Townhouse on Settler’s Street and I would like to tell you how my purchase went. It was a very trying

process, I was in love with this house, but to purchase it I had to sell my condo on Rivard. I put an offer in on the townhouse

with the condition that I sld my condo, after only 2 days the agent for the townhouse said another offer come in with no conditions

and that if I was going to get it I would have to take the conditions off on my offer. This was terrible, I was a mess but thanks to

my agent Nick Bibic (who knew my mother and I was in love with this house) guaranteed sale of my condo so I could take the

conditions off my offer. Without Nick assuring me constantly that everything will work out and coming through at the end, I

wouldn’t be in my new house. Nick has been my agent for 4 properties now and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Nick goes out of his way to make sure everything is cool. He has always come through for me.

He refers me to people he has know in different businesses so I can get good service on carpeting and alarm systems. Nick and
