Spotlight on Lighting
The bathroom is often the first place we go to at the start of the day, and the last one before we go to bed. When done right, the bathroom lighting should help us feel good and ready for the day, as well as help us relax and wind down for the night. To set the right ambience with lighting, some options include pendants, wall lamps and ceiling fixtures. Daily routine tasks require lighting for accuracy and effectiveness so pay attention to shadows in the room as well as when to install warm bulbs or cooler bright white iridescent blubs. Here are some quick tips to keep in mind when planning for bathroom lighting: Vanity lights mounted either above or on both sides of the mirror will prevent shadows from falling on the face. Have a light over the bathtub and/or shower to help you wash and groom. If possible, go for lights with dimmers so that you can easily adjust the brightness in the bathroom according to mood and use. Children's Fest 2022
Children’s Fest is one of the largest annual events of its kind in Essex County. Since its inception in 1995 as a project of the Rotary Club of Windsor (1918), more than 90,000 visitors have attended our event, coming from all over the region to enjoy the weekend activities and family fun. This year the event will take place September 17th and 18th at Central Park Athletics and is shaping up to be the biggest and best to date! Hope to see you there!
